We are processing your request and will update you, via email, as our progress proceeds. Please use the order tracker to keep informed with regard to the progress of your records request.
Step #1
Input Your Information
- You will need your Order Number and the email address attached to the application to login.
- Please be sure you have access to the email address as it will be needed to log in.
Step #2
Click the 'Track Order' button
- Please note that this will NOT take you directly into the Order Tracker. You will receive an email containing a link that will grant you access into the Order Tracker.
Step #3
Navigate to your Email.
- Locate the email we sent titled 'Order Tracker Login.'
- Once you have found the email, look for the text ' Please follow this link to login.' The word 'login' is a link that will log you into the Order Tracker.
You must supply an order number.
